Several Arab artists begin to realize the importance of digital assets by turning their artworks into NFTs. Among the most prominent artists, who utilized NFTs is the Canadian-Algerian artist Amelia Hadouchi.
Who Is Amelia Hadouchi?
Hadouchi is a Canadian artist of Algerian origin. Born in 1992 in Montreal, Hadouchi entered the art world at a young age, starting to attend painting workshops when she was nine, and hasn’t stopped since.
She studied international business and languages at Dawson College in Canada then interior design. While sharing her artistic works on social media, a gallery in Miami invited her to attend the 2016 Art Basel.
After her success in Basel, Hadouchi took part in several art exhibitions around the world and cooperated with renowned brands and companies like Volvo, Marc Jacobs, New Balance, and Mercedes.
She is keen on participating in charity. In November 2018, she lectured a three-day workshop for cancer patients at the Gilda’s Club Greater Toronto and also donated many of her artworks to charitable organizations.

Several factors impact Hadouchi’s artworks. She believes that traveling is part and parcel of her artistic development and that nature is her main source of aspiration.
The colors, vibrations, and nature of the places she visits remain in her mind and presents them in her work. In addition to nature, she finds inspiration in positivity, luxury, space, and minerals.
In short, Hadouchi’s artwork represents a journey in her mind, expressing places she has visited and unforgettable moments. Her artworks are often described as highly detailed, relaxed, lively, and hypnotic.
Hadouchi Toward NFTs
As we mentioned above that Hadouchi realized the importance of NFTs at a very early stage. She turned a number of her artworks into NFTs and offered them for sale at NFT marketplaces.
Most Significant Hadouchi’s NFTs
One of her most remarkable NFTs was a collection named Vivid Vision-2. This collection was displayed on CNN Arabic in December 2021 as a part of speaking about the future of NFTs. She also represented nature in other innovative works in the shape of NFTs.
She seeks to launch new collections of NFTs in the coming period in light of her recent work’s success.
