Sales of Nouns NFT Collection Went up around 203% over Past Week

The NFT sales over the past week witnessed a very slight decline, as they went down by only 0.66% at the time of writing. 

Over the past seven days, the NFT sales amounted to more than 81.031 million, over $43.460 million of which were from the Ethereum blockchain, around 3% up from the previous week. 

Out of the top 20 blockchains, Ethereum had the lion’s share of the NFT sales seven days ago, accounting for around 54% of the total sales. 

Meanwhile, Mythos Chain is still in second place in terms of NFT sales for weeks, accounting for over 10% of the total sales ($8.237 million), a 4.53% increase from the previous week. 

Most of the blockchains over the past week saw a growth in sales except Solana and BNB Chain. Blockchains of Polygon, Solana, Immutable X, Bitcoin, BNB Chain, and Flow followed Mythos Chain regarding the total sales over the past week, respectively. 

Most of the NFT collections witnessed an increase in their sales, topped by Nouns and Milady Maker, which went up by 202.43% and 190.23%, respectively. At the same time, NFT collections of Bored Ape Yacht Club and Mutant Ape Yacht Club witnessed growth over the past week, 18.85% and 45.95%, respectively.

Regarding the NFT price floor, Bored Ape Yacht Club is still in second place in terms of the highest floor value at 24.59 ETH, following CryptoPunks, whose floor was just 46.69 ETH, according to data from nftpricefloor.com.

Last week, The most expensive NFT was CryptoPunks #3609, which sold for over $682 million. The following top expensive NFTs sold over the past seven days were sold from $106.7 million and downwards. 

As for the NFT marketplaces, Blur leads the NFT marketplaces, followed by OpenSea. Blur’s sales over the past week reached $38.63 million, while the sales on OpenSea were $13.26 million (-17.91%).
