      • Identify you as a user, and monitor your account.
      • To assist (but not limited to) you view, explore, and create NFTs and connect directly with others on public blockchains to purchase, sell, or transfer NFTs.
      • Enhance the administration of our Service and the quality of your experience in interacting with the Service, like through an analysis of how you and other service users find and use the Service.
      • Offer customer support and respond to your requests and queries.
      • Examine and handle any conduct that may violate our Terms of Service.
      • Identify, prevent, and handle fraud, violations of our terms or policies, or other adverse or unlawful activity;
      • Show your username next to all NFTs you currently have access to in your third-party wallet and all NFTs you have interacted with;
      • To send you verification emails to verify the email address that you provided when you signed up for an account;
      • To send you administrative notifications, such as support, security, and maintenance advisories;
      • To send you notifications about actions on the Service, including notifications of offers on your NFTs;
      • To send you newsletters, promotional materials, and notices about our Services or the goods and services of third parties;
      • To answer your inquiries regarding employment opportunities or other requests;
      • To comply with applicable laws, to cooperate with investigations by law enforcement and other authorities of suspected crimes, or to pursue or defend any legal claims and/or threats;
      • To act in any other way, we may describe when you provide the Personal Data.
    • We may generate Anonymous Data records using Personal Data. And use this Anonymous Data to analyze requests and detect usage patterns to improve our Services and their navigation. Our company reserves the right to use Anonymous Data for any purpose and to disclose Anonymous Data to third parties without restriction.

The content on these third-party websites is not under our control, and we do not review them.

    Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for them.   • Third-Party Wallets: To use our Service, you will need a third-party wallet that lets you transact on public blockchains. Third-party wallet providers have their terms of service and privacy policies that govern your interactions with them.

    • Email Communications: We may promote the use of our Service or third parties goods and services via newsletters and/or emails periodically. If you don't prefer to receive newsletters or promotional communications from us, you can unsubscribe using the instructions in the email you received.

    The User Agreement governs all controversies, disputes, or claims arising out of or related to this Privacy policy, or its termination, breach, or validity.
